Shipping
Standard shipping (for the continental US) is of $9.95. For
orders outside the continental US (including Alaska and Hawaii ) , please select
international shipping from the shipping menu and we will contact you with the
pricing information.
Return Policy
Within 30 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any items
purchased at Menorah.com, for any reason, for a full refund (we'll also refund
the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error) provided the items are
in new resalable condition, with the following exceptions:
Display Menorahs
Shofars
Wholesale or Special Orders.
Sterling silver can be returned subject to a %15 restocking fee.
If you need to return an
item contact us at returns@menorah.com
with your order number, to receive a return id number. We will not accept any
returns without a return id number.
